Lowdhams – Celebrating the life of Vic Avery

The team at Lowdhams are saddened to hear of the passing of Vic Avery.

Vic had been a very special customer of Lowdhams for over seven years, with us knowing him for much longer as the Honorary Life President of Hymer Club International.

We always appreciated his cheerful presence at the outdoor shows and our on-site shows where he loved to get involved with the fun spirit of our celebrations.

Just over two years ago in 2019, Vic completed a courageous wing-walk for his 90th birthday to raise money for Cancer Research UK – which just goes to show the kind of amazing man he was. (See Vic’s amazing wingwalk).

Vic lived a very interesting and eventful life and we’re blessed to have been a part of it, he will be a great loss to us all and our thoughts are with his friends and family.
