What to Expect from the Bailey of Bristol Caravans in 2023

With a range of features designed to make caravan life even better, the new 4-berth twin-axle Bailey Alicanto Grande Evora will make its mark on the Bailey Alicanto Grande range this Autumn.

With a spacious front lounge nestling next to the stunning enlarged Bailey vertical front infinity window, views of your favourite beauty spots will never look better. The parallel seats in the lounge convert into twin singles or a large double bed. At the rear of the vehicle is a luxurious rear bedroom containing a king-size transverse island bed plus bedside cabinets, overhead lockers, floor to ceiling corner wardrobe and en-suite washroom with supersized shower cubicle.

The L-shaped kitchen at the centre of the caravan offers plenty of worktop space and storage options, and also includes top of the range appliances: the Dometic 10-series tower refrigerator and an Omnivent rooflight mounted extractor fan.

The Avtex mobile Wi-Fi system means you can stay in touch with the world when you’re on the road. Six 230v and six USB sockets plus wireless charging pad should provide more than enough to cover off your power-up needs. The roof mounted Status 570 digital television aerial, external satellite point and two TV wall mounts mean you’re well set-up for entertainment.

The BaileyEvora is built using Bailey’s patented Alu-Tech construction technology, cloaked in a GRP outer skin, which means they robust and durable but still lighter than caravans manufactured using conventional methods. It also features state-of-the-art safety and security equipment – the AL-KO ATC Trailer Control System, AL-KO Secure wheel lock (two on twin axle models), a TRACKER Monitor Stolen Vehicle Recovery System with intruder alarm plus high security exterior door lock.

With an ingenious use of space, the Bailey Discovery D4-4 is a small but perfectly formed BaileyDiscovery model designed for flexibility – those spontaneous weekend getaways, for instance.

They are the lightest weight tourers in the Bailey portfolio and can be towed by a wide range of vehicles. At just over 1200kg fully loaded, the D4-4 is fuss-free when it comes to getting out on the road – and an optional bike rack can be installed on the front A frame for those who want to park up and explore. It also includes a Truma combi heating and hot water system, drop down kitchen worktop, fold down occasional table, Dometic 103 litre fridge, Thetford triplex oven and grill combo (including 3 burner hob), ambient lighting and, perhaps surprisingly for a caravan so apparently compact, plenty of storage. It also, of course, contains theBaileysignature front skylight.

The extra-wide 8ft body of the new Bailey Pegasus Grande SE offers plenty of space – up to 25% more over other models, in fact! Available in several different layouts, the range is perfect for longer touring or seasonal use. It includes a Truma 100 watt solar panel for those off-grid adventures, with four season all-weather sustainability offered by the Truma Combi blown air heating system. The Thetford K-series combined oven, grill and hob and electric hotplate offers cooking options, and the Dometic 153 litre fridge freezer has a dual hinged door (so can be opened to the left or the right).

The G-shaped lounge design or U-shaped dinette area (these are model specific) offer options for relaxation and easy living – and the view outside from the living area is pure signature Bailey. There is a large through-boot exterior storage locker (again, model specific) and the TRACKER Retrieve Stolen Vehicle Recovery System completes the picture. The Bailey Pegasus Grande is truly grand!
