The Talbots explore Scandinavia in their Nova 485

Mr & Mrs Talbot recently spent two months exploring Europe – mostly Scandinavia – in their Hymer Nova 485. During this time, they covered 6000 miles and visited 33 campsites in Denmark, Sweden, Finland and Norway. The adventurous couple went right to the northernmost point of mainland Europe at Nordkapp and spend four weeks in the Arctic circle. In the last few weeks they have been to Benicassim in Spain and towed over the Portalet pass in the Pyrenees at 1894 metres (5886 feet), before travelling through France to home – another 2400 mile trip. Throughout their trip their caravan had no problems, other than the small matter of a failed tap microswitch which they were able to buy a replacement for at the northernmost Hymer dealer in Norway. We look forward to welcoming the well-travelled Talbots and their faithful caravan next April when they are booked in for a service.
