An introduction to NOVA – Now at Lowdhams

NOVAS – a new way to shop for motorhomes and caravans at Lowdhams To keep everyone safe and on the road in their motorhomes and caravans when they are able to, we’re doing things differently. When we reopen for business to help people who want to purchase a new motorhome or caravan, buy an awning or some accessories or visit our service department we have changed the way we operate. The health and well-being of our colleagues and customers is our top priority so these are the steps we are taking to help everyone stay safe.

NOVAS In our showrooms we have created a new way to look for a motorhome or caravan: “NOVAS”. With our No-contact Online Virtual Appointment System, named NOVAS for short, it is now possible to book an online motorhome or caravan virtual viewing. Order your awning and accessories via ‘call and collect’ and proceed all the way through to completing your purchase. NOVAS allows you the freedom to cut visiting a Lowdhams dealership down to the absolute minimum and in some cases have no physical contact with Lowdhams at all! Steve Sharpe explained, “I hope our customers agree that these measures are the right thing to do. They have been designed to protect our safety and our customer’s safety. I am very aware that these changes to our showrooms and shops will have a big impact on the way we operate.
